Boulder is the home of the University of Colorado at Boulder, the largest university in Colorado and Naropa University, the only accredited Buddhist-inspired university in the United States. Opened in April of 2004, The Kitchen is a community bistro located in historic downtown Boulder, Colorado. Our menu evolves seasonally and reflects the simple and straightforward preparation of comfortable classics. Housed in a historically preserved space, the restaurant is light with clean lines and a timeless aesthetic. Our commitment to sourcing local and quality ingredients helps to achieve a sustainable and "connected" restaurant. We are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner..(Photo by Marc Piscotty / © 2008)
