The 4,000 plus acre development is back under development after being purchased by the Castle Rock Development Company from the previous developer. The community features homes and townhouses in a variety of price points and a community center called The Grange at The Meadows. Castle Rock is located about 35 miles south of Denver and 40 miles north of Colorado Springs on the Interstate 25 corridor just east of the front range of the Rocky Mountains. The town is the center of the burgeoning urbanization of the county.
